Result

Despite a thoughtfully maintained asset and two move-in-ready vacancies, the market headwinds were real. Buyer interest has become increasingly cautious, particularly in Hollywood, where underwriting standards continue to tighten. Several offers came in, and we ultimately identified an exchange buyer who had just closed on a development project in Brentwood and was ready to deploy capital into a stable, income-generating asset.
